AdWorks is led by the young pioneering husband and wife team of Jeff and Bea Cruz, who started the company in 1996 as a fledging design practice with a mere staff of two, steering it with vision, passion, and loads of hands-on micro-managing to become what it is today—a 40-person strong, end-to-end, full-service advertising agency that has built a reputation for quality signage art, cutting-edge digital print technology, and exceptional graphic design work.

•THE CREATIVE DEPARTMENT

Talented and accomplished. With extensive experience in visual communications, art direction, media planning, corporate identity programs, packaging, poster design, graphical arts, photography, and illustration.

•THE ACCOUNT SERVICES DEPARTMENT

The friendly and ever-reliable sales and marketing arm of AdWorks. Composed of an inhouse team and a field team and primarily responsible for coordinating the client with the creative, media, and production staff behind each and every project.

•THE PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT

Efficient and highly experience in the art and science of printing, assembly, fabrication, and finishing.

•THE ADMINISTRATIVE DEPARTMENT

Handles the day-to-day operations of the company—billing, accounting, HR, the works.
